The Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) will be hosting the 21st 'Death is Different' seminar from February 19th-21st. Our firm's own Clyde Taylor Jr. and Clyde Taylor III plan to attend this insightful conference!
The seminar is packed with valuable information and attendees will likely be able to earn 15 hours of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit. Each day of the seminar covers a different aspect of the death penalty and a dozen speakers will be involved. Topics include interrogations and false confessions, themes and responses to recurring state arguments, time of death calculations, and preserving errors for appeal.
Each speaker is immensely qualified to share with attendees at this event. Many are psychologists and doctors, while others are criminal defense attorneys and public defenders. There are over ten different mini-seminars each day of the conference and attendees are encouraged to sit in at each one.
